The maximum level that a Grey Knight can attain is 9. This can be attained by regularly sending the Grey Knights to missions in the field. Also note that with the level having a limit, you only have a limited number of skill points that you can allot. Make sure to use them wisely!
You automatically get this achievement when a Grey Knight in your roster reaches level 9.
Obviously, the fastest way to have your favorite Grey Knight level up fast is to always have them join missions. Kills give higher experience points so have your favorite character get the last hits if possible.
It can be a bit difficult to level up a single character during the early stages of the game as getting injured can spell a couple of weeks with reduced HP. Make sure to upgrade your ship’s Regeneration Units to significantly reduce recovery time.
Injuries occur once a Grey Knight reaches a certain percentage of its HP. No amount of healing in the battlefield can reverse it. However, you can reduce your chances of getting injuries by getting better armor. Prioritize Armour Requisition during your meetings with the Grand Master to get better chances of getting Tier III Armor.
The Baleful Edict’s Meditation Chamber passively increases the experience gain of your units in the field. If you want to fast track your path to the maximum level, best upgrade this part of the ship if you can.
