In Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, players can sell items to get more gold (Ordo Dockets) to buy more expensive items. But how do you actually sell stuff in Darktide? Get to know how to sell items like weapons and curios, and more using this guide.
To sell items in Darktide, you must first go to your loadout. You can do this by pausing the game and selecting the “Operative”. Once you are on the Operative menu, select the “Loudout” tab on the top-part of the screen to see your character’s inventory. Select either weapon or Curio slots to start selling an item.
Once you are in either your weapon or curio selection menu, highlight the item that you want to sell. Press the “Discard” button to sell the highlighted item in exchange for gold (Ordo Dockets). And that’s it. Easy, right?
You can sell your older items to buy more expensive items as your progress through the game. Note that the higher the rating of the weapon, the more gold you get from selling it. Use this extra cash to buy better items and weapons to defeat and clear the more difficult missions in Darktide.
Aside from giving you extra gold to buy newer equipment, another obvious advantage of selling items is that it clears up your inventory. Going through various missions and leveling up sometimes rewards you with the occasional equipment. Most of the time, these grants from missions are garbage especially in easier difficulties. Sell these obsolete items to make navigating the equipment screen cleaner, easier, and faster.
