Advanced classes start to appear once you get your Knight Requisition to a certain level. Upgrade this to at least level 3 to start spawning advanced classes for your team. You can get them as a reward for completing a mission. Make sure to watch out for missions that spawn them at try to get them as soon as you can.
Look at the mission rewards to see if you can get advanced classes for them. However, note that you also have to have Requisition points to get them and you may need to compromise on other rewards.
Unlike in other games, in Chaos Gate Daemonhunters, the 4 base classes cannot be transitioned or upgraded to the advanced classes. Unfortunately, the only way to get the advanced Grey Knights is to get them from missions or from events.
At some point in the story, you will be given a chance to choose between the 4 different advanced classes by Grand Master Kai. This may be the most reliable way to try out one of the advanced classes in Chaos Gate. It is recommended that you choose the advanced class that can help out or support your team.
