Defeating Wendigomon in Part 5 of the story rewards you with a Perfect Enlightenment Slab. Use it on Free Monsters to evolve them to Ultimate level.
You can get the Perfect Enlightenment Slab as a reward for defeating Digimon in Free Battles in Part 6. With this said, you can farm for a good number of it before you progress the story.
Zudomon, Monzaemon, & MagnaAngemon are Ultimate level Digimons that drop a Perfect Enlightenment Slab. You have to talk to them first and convince them to give you an item. Zudomon and Monzaemon start to appear in Free Battles or Shadow encounters once you reach Part 6 while MagnaAngemon reliably appears as a Free Battle encounter in Part 7.
Evolving a Free Digimon is permanent and you cannot reverse the process. Once you choose the next Digimon that it evolves too, you cannot rollback and get the Perfect Enlightenment Slab again. Make sure that your decision is final and choose carefully when determining your Digimon’s next evolution.
