In Digimon Survive, players can acquire an item called Ultimate Enlightenment Slab. This item is used to evolve Free Digimon to Mega level. Get to know how to get it, how to use it, and more using this guide.

Complete Part 10 of the main story and you will be rewarded with your first Ultimate Enlightenment Slab. You can immediately use this after the fight or you can store it and wait for a better candidate to evolve.
Some characters give you an Ultimate Enlightenment Slab whenever you choose to interact with them during the latter parts of the game. Take note as this usually consumes a Move charge, a very limited resource that you can also use to get more Digimon or increase your Affinity with other characters.
You can get the Ultimate Enlightenment Slab as a reward for successfully evolving the main partners (Agumon, etc.) to Mega level. After you complete their respective introductory battles, you will be given a slab as a reward.
Most of the Mega evolution Digimon that you can encounter during Free Exploration or Shadow encounters can drop an Ultimate Enlightenment Slab. For you to get a slab, you have to talk to these Digimons first and convince them to drop the item. While it sounds easy, Mega evolution Digimon are far more difficult to talk to compared to lower evolution Digimon.

Evolving a Free Digimon is permanent and you cannot reverse the process. Once you choose the next Digimon that it evolves too, you cannot rollback and get the Ultimate Enlightenment Slab again. Make sure that your decision is final and choose carefully when determining your Digimon’s next evolution.
There is no level requirement when using the Ultimate Enlightenment Slab. You can use it on Ultimate Digimons to unlock their fullest potential. Having a Mega Digimon is easier to level up as opposed to one with lower evolution levels.
